Be Mindful on Breathing and Change the Life

The practice of seeking the secret of mindfulness
It arises when the mind in appeasement and tranquility. Thoughts become subtle and tolerance.  So inner understanding come to appear, it was really good experience for ever.

Find a solitary place and sit down, start to observe your breath of nostril. Concentrate on it naturally and just observe. The Mind will be traveling around the universe, but you don't let do it. Try to control your mind, just mindful on your feeling. Observe what you feel, what you want, where the mind goes. Again aware of your breathing. Take in-out long breathe when the mind is not mindful and thought arises. Try to be concentrated on breathing, just observe the breathing whether long-short, heavy-soft. Just observe naturally. Practice it every day in the morning and at night -- it will give you marvelous changes of feeling and emotion.

By doing this, bad thoughts can not arise. Hatred, ill-will, aversion, enmity, gross emotion will disappear from defiled mind, and will remain only the pure mind. Finally, you can find extra-ordinary happiness beyond the material satisfaction. May the happiness of world prevails harmoniously upon the humanity.
